Oho pillayar suzhi enum unthiyum rudranin prasadam thaano, yes, it is only the lord Siva or rather Roudra Shiva who fixed elephant face and gave an unique face (identity) to Pillayar - well all four kids of Shiva family will not have Suzhi (thoppul) as they are all either amma pillai or appa pillai
